If you are HR or other related field student, who has high interest to gather first real experience in one of the main HR domain – talent acquisition, join airBaltic HR Talent Acquisition team and get involved in Pilot attraction, recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, being a part of one of the modern, sustainable and innovative European airlines.
We will entrust you to :
- Assist in hiring process by coordinating internal and external job postings ;
- Arrange interviews and balancing calendars for interviewers and candidates ;
- Ensure initial applicant screening and background check ;
- Make travel arrangements and coordinate interviews with candidates from abroad ;
- Accurately track applicant data and assist with reporting in Recruitment system (ATS) as needed ;
- Support recruitment marketing events and campaigns.
What You will need to succeed :
- Good interpersonal skills and a cooperative attitude ;
- Organizational skills ;
- Attention to details ;
- Good oral and written communication skills ;
- Good spoken & written knowledge of Latvian and English ;
- Good practical knowledge in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams will be as an advantage.
