airBaltic is looking for an E-Commerce Business Analyst to join our growing E-Commerce team. You will have the opportunity to be part of next-generation sales and self-service solutions development which will combine the best user experience with growing business needs. Different data sets will be at your disposal to see performance of solutions created and act based on results. You will work closely with airBaltic partners and team members from various departments.
We will entrust you to :
- Be one of key players in all airBaltic e-commerce projects related to our main sales and service channels – airBaltic.com and airBalticClub Mobile App ;
- Prepare and maintain business requirements documentation of various e-commerce projects which is basis for the work of designers and programmers ;
- Work closely with involved stakeholders (e-commerce, business, finance, IT, end users) to gather and manage the assigned projects requirements, produce required solution descriptions covering customer journey, potential backend processes and reporting ;
- Use multiple data sources to analyze customer data and behavior, make recommendations for channels development, sales, marketing and customer service initiatives with aim to improve conversion rates, increase customer value and optimize related costs ;
- Build e-commerce reports and dashboards ;
- Organize A/B tests of different e-commerce solutions.
What You will need to succeed :
- University degree, preferably in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics or equivalent ;
- Experience to produce and present business requirements documentation and obtain approval from involved stakeholders and to align such requirements into short and medium range plans ;
- Competency in software development and collaboration tools, preferably Atlassian JIRA and Confluence ;
- Fluent written and spoken English ;
- Expertise in MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets ;
- Proven Google Analytics expertise, certificate will be considered as an advantage ;
- Experience building dashboards ;
- Knowledge of airline industry and related commercial processes will be considered as an advantage ;
- High self-discipline and ability to plan daily, short term and long-term activities effectively ;
- Strong creative, analytical and problem solving skills ;
- Ability to analyze, summarize and present information, set priorities and follow deadlines ;
- You should be team player yet perfectly independent individual, experienced working with agile methods with ability to work under pressure, handle tough situations and still stay positive ;
- Effective EU-recognized digital Covid-19 certificate as an attestation to the fact of vaccination against or recovery from Covid-19.
