Air Baltic is currently looking for Revenue Management Performance Analyst

We are looking for a passionate Performance Analyst. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Key functions of performance analyst is to define, design and develop analytic reports and dashboards in order to constantly monitor commercial performance and identify the possible revenue improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate overall commercial performance by gathering, extracting and analyzing the data and compiling it to reports and presentations up to the top management of the company
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Track performance progress on strategic objectives
- Participate in the process of internal data warehouse improvement and development
- Prepare short, medium and long term forecasts of the commercial performance
- Constantly track and measure market/ competition data and its influence on commercial performance
- Initiate the improvement of data accuracy and cross-departmental alignment by monitoring and auditing data quality constantly
- Initiate and design new performance analysis capabilities.
Requirements:
- University degree in Mathematics, Economics or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience with data analysis and reporting
- Good mastery of MS-Office Tools, e.g. MS Excel, MS Access, Power Point; knowledge of Oracle BI as advantage
- Knowledge in work with any of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) as advantage
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical, argumentative, presentation and communication skills
- Good ability of planning, implementation and controlling of ongoing tasks
- Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a highly dynamic environment
- Understanding of Aviation Economics and Key metrics will be considered as an advantage
- Independence, initiative, creativity and proactivity as highly appreciated personality characteristics
