Air Baltic is currently looking for Junior Crew Coordinator-Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle of next month duty plans preparation for Crew members
  • Make manual pre-planning for specific duties
  • Cooperate and communicate with colleagues to get updated information whenever necessary
  • Set up optimization engine’s parameters to prepare duty plans
  • Analyse optimization engine results and make further improvements to get most efficient result
  • Analyse Crews feedback for next month’s further improvements

Requirements:

  • University degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/IT or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and business judgmental skills
  • Ability effectively analyse detailed information and make decisions
  • Positive attitude
  • Comfortable working in English and Latvian. Russian language would be an advantage
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills
  • Excellent PC skills
