Africsearch Togo is recruiting for an international financial institution for the role of strengthening its team :

Reports to : Group Executive, Commercial Bank
Location : Lomé

Job objective :

The Chief of Staff (COS) position provides high-level support and execution to the Group Executive, Commercial Bank on day-to-day  administrative and operational functions, to effectively grow the business and to ensure financial strength and operating effi ciency.

To ensure seamless strategy formulation and execution. Also ensuring that risks are mitigated, and that compliance and internal control are not compromised for business growth and revenue.

Job profile/ requirements :

  • At least 10 years’ experience in similar role ;
  • Master’s / post graduate qualification preferably in Finance ;
  • Industry Background ;
  • Strong commercial Acumen ;
  • Open and engaging communication style and inter-personal skills ;
  • Self-starter and able to operate autonomously ;
  • Must be bilingual (English and French) ;
  • Proven experience in Business modelling, Analytics and MIS at product and segment levels ;
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at senior levels and experience of writing Board level reports ;
  • Expert knowledge in strategic and operational/budgeting planning processes ;
  • Proven fi nancial leadership and strong people management skills ;
  • Strategic planning and management experience ;
  • Maturity (strong work ethics).
