About the role :

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Capable of providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities :

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers :

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule ;
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships ;
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction ;
•  Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services ;
•  Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Candidate requirements :

Highly competitive with leadership qualities, creativity in marketing and effective communication skills :

• Experience as sales and customer services duties ;
• A bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or Marketing  ;
• Proficient in English language.
