Get to know the role :

• A senior and highly visible role within our business, we are currently searching for a Manager within our Financial Services partnership division ;
• This manager role will own a portfolio of financial services partners, and be responsible for creating unique and differentiated strategies for those partners.  The manager will also seek out new partnership opportunities to support the innovation and growth of the Velocity program.

Get to know your day to day :

This manager role will own a portfolio of financial services partners :

• Identifying new growth opportunities within the portfolio and with new partnerships ;
• Building a decision framework for the acquisition of new Partners and driving commercial agreements with new Partners ;
• Managing all aspects of the partnership, including strong relationship management, demonstrating the value of Velocity ;
• Working closely with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Data Analytics to develop and deliver campaign strategies and promotions ;
• Analysing reporting across budgets, forecasted revenue, activity, engagement, and acquisition to identify and understand trends and insights impacting commercial performance of the partnership ;
• Assisting in leading and motivating a team of financial service partnership professionals.

Let’s get to know you :

You should :

• Have 10 Years + commercial experience in Credit Cards or Consumer Loyalty environment ;
• Have a proven successful track record of commercial negotiations ;
• Exceptional presentation skills pitching to all levels within a business including C-Suite ;
• Hold strong leadership and demonstrated people management skills and experience ;
• Hold demonstrated experience analysing, evaluating and communicating business cases.
