Nature of the Position :
Under the direct supervision of the Finance Officer who defines general work objectives and provides necessary advice and guidance, the incumbent will assist with the processing of financial transactions and will keep frequent contact with staff at various office and the bank officials to exchange information. S/he will also refer to UNHCR Manuals and relevant policy papers on financial issues. The candidate is expected to respect and promote individual and cultural differences. S/he is encouraged to promote diversity and inclusion wherever possible and to maintain high ethical standards and act in a manner consistent with organizational principles/rules and standards of conduct.
