The work schedule for this position is: Full Time (40 hours per week)

DUTIES :    The incumbent provides administrative support to the Community Liaison Office. S/he assists the Community Liaison Officer in developing and maintaining key contacts and managing information that benefits the morale and welfare of the entire mission.

EDUCATION : Completion of Secondary/High School or equivalent is required.

EXPERIENCE :   Minimum of three years of secretarial experience.

LANGUAGE :    Level IV (fluent) English and French level IV (fluent) are required; strong English writing capabilities. This may be tested.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES :  Strong interpersonal skills are required. The ability to organize and coordinate activities and to build contacts is required. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must have familiarity with MS Outlook Express. How to Apply: Applicants must complete the following application process to be considered:
