- Expressions of interest are being requested for : Senior Local Drupal Developer ;
- Brief description of the Assignment :
The main objective will be to provide technical assistance and knowledge in the development of web pages, and sections design, maintenance, and support of African Energy Portal (AEP), a Drupal-based portal, managed by the Power, Energy, Climate, and Green Growth (PEVP) Complex of the Bank. The consultant will be required to gather and analyze requirements, program all or selected components of the actual portal, propose pages and section design, document components, and applications. The selected Individual Consultant will be a mobile application developer that will design and create the mobile app as well as implement web services on the portal to be linked to the application.

- Establishment of the Short List :
A shortlist of three to six individual consultants will be established at the end the request of expressions of interest. The consultants on the shortlist will be judged on the following criteria on the basis of their updated resume.
General qualifications and adequacy for the assignment to be undertaken 35%
Similar experience in the area of expertise of the assignment 45%
Experience with the Bank and/or multilateral donors 10%
Language proficiency 05%
Knowledge of the region (assignment environment) 05%
The eligibility criteria, the establishment of a short list and the selection procedure shall be in conformity with the Bank’s procedure for the acquisition of consulting services funded by the Administrative or Capital expenditure. Please, note that interest expressed by a Consultant does not imply any obligation on the part of the Bank to include him/her in the shortlist.
