  1. The African Development Bank (AfDB or the Bank) hereby invites Individual Consultants to express their interest in the following Assignment: Support in the operation review and approval process and SNOQ1 work program delivery ; 
  1. The objective of this assignment is to augment SNOQ1’s capacity for the delivery of its work program. The Individual Consultant will support activities related to Strategic planning and management of OpsCom meetings for timely delivery of Bank’s lending and non-lending operations; Assist in monitoring compliance with the Bank’s operations review and approval process; Support finalization and launch of the new Bank-wide Program Processing Schedule; and provide support to the Manager ;
  1. The Operations Committee Secretariat invites Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services described in the terms of reference. Interested eligible Consultants shall provide information on their qualifications and experience demonstrating their ability to provide the services (references for similar services, experience in comparable assignments, etc.) ;
  1. The eligibility criteria, the establishment of a short list and the selection procedure shall be in conformity with the Bank’s Procurement Policy and Procedures for Recruitment of Individual Consultants. Please note that interest expressed by an Individual Consultant does not imply any obligation on the part of the Bank to include him/her in the shortlist ;
  1. The estimated duration of services is expected for 6 months, and the estimated starting date is May 2nd, 2022 ;
  1. Interested Individual Consultants may obtain further information at the address below during the Bank’s working hours: 09:00 to 17:00 hours, Abidjan Local Time ;
  1. Expressions of  interest  must  be  received  at  the  addresses  below  before Tuesday April 19, 2022, at 17:00 hours, Abidjan Local Time and specifically mentioning “Expression of Interest for the Support in the operation review and approval process and SNOQ1 work program delivery”.
