We will entrust you to :

• Provide inspired leadership of the airBaltic Operational Control Center (OCC) and represent airBaltic brand and overall standards ;
• Oversee and coordinate all operational activities and supervise OCC agents performance during the whole shift time ;
• Make important and precise irregularity handling decisions to secure most safe, financially beneficial and punctual operational performance ;
• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures ;
• Identify and address problems and opportunities to Direct Supervisor ;
• Be a member in ERO (Emergency Response Organization) and Special Assistance team ;
• Replace Flight Coordinator (FOC) employees when necessary.

What you will need to succeed :

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration and/or Logistics ;
• Minimum five (5) years of job experience in airline industry ;
• Experience in aviation handling operations ;
• PC Literate, professionally fluent working with MS Office, Excel and Word ;
• Strategic, yet operational, as well as commercial mindset ;
• Able to deal with conflicts, pro-active in problem solving and independent decision maker ;
• Great communication and influencing skills, ability to build strong relationship at all levels, both internally and externally.
