Role Description :
- The Presales Solution Manager manages the solution design e2e including costing and migration approach for the overall solution of large and complex deals as input for the tender response to the sales unit, By working closely with the Deal Maker and the sales team ;
- The Solution Manager ensures the solution responds to the business requirements on the customers in the most cost-effective and innovative manner ;
- The Solution Manager is responsible for the design of solution in the dimensions of business, technology, services, resources, timeline and costs. She/he is responsible to orchestrate the solution inputs from all members of the solution team and to argue the e2e value add for the customer ;
- Assess and Mitigate risk in consultation with the assigned Risk Manager ;
- Building and Maintaining knowledge repository with reusable solutions, case studies, commercial and technical data etc. ;
- Manage & facilitate local stakeholder interactions (Practices, Client Partner, Client Executive…) Knowledge And Skill Requirements ;
- Proven track-record in international environment ;
- Leadership and directing other to undertake tasks ;
- Keeping commercial aspects continually in mind when taking actions or making decisions ;
- Familiar with national / international standards associated with ICT practice ;
- Strong Industry experience in Telecom, Public Sector, Utility, BFSI and/or Manufacturing ;
- Strong experience in one or more of the following areas : Digital Transformation, Cloudification, Application Modernization, IOT, Big Data and analytics ;
- English business fluent ;
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
