What You will need to succeed :

• You’re a high school graduate (we’ll teach you the rest) and at least 18 years old ;
• You are friendly, positive and adventurous ;
• You speak good English, Latvian and preferably Russian ;
• You have a customer-oriented approach ;
• You are physically fit and can swim.

Junior Cabin Crew key responsibilities :

• Proper execution of the duties related to the safety of the aircraft and passengers ;
• Maintain excellent customer service and assistance on-board the aircraft ;
• Assist passengers who require special attention ;
• Proactive sales on-board, product presentation and payment handling ;
• Keep the aircraft clean and tidy during the flight ;
• Performance of all the duties maintaining consistently the highest ethical standards.

To perform duties as Cabin Crew :

• Tattoos and piercings are acceptable provided they appear on parts of the body that are not visible when wearing airBaltic uniform ;
• Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
