Context :
This is an exciting opportunity to build a role within airBaltic by developing HR Service processes and HRIS projects. You will be responsible for simplifying and documenting working practices in order to provide effective services to key stakeholders, whilst also being willing to get involved in the day-to-day operation to get hands-on experience. You will drive the performance of the HR systems to further develop and enhance system functionality in response to business requirements.
We will entrust you to :
- Audit HR processes, data, and documentation ;
- Revise, design and implement HR processes and practices, and respective workflows ;
- Regularly troubleshoot, escalate and resolve service issues and process gaps ;
- Take ownership of various HR related internal projects and documentation ;
- Act as a project lead for HR system implementations and/or upgrades ;
- Ensure efficient support to HR team by providing day-to-day employees services as per need ;
- Be active and collaborative within HR team to share ideas, ownership, and accountability for driving improvements and consistency of HR processes execution.
What You will need to succeed :
- University degree ;
- Previous experience of working in Human Resources or Quality management area ;
- Ability to identify process improvements and enhancements ;
- Experience to write internal regulations ;
- High attention to detail and accuracy ;
- Strong MS Office skills ;
- Proactive and process driven personality ;
- Very good Latvian and English skills, both spoken and written ;
- Effective EU-recognized digital Covid-19 certificate as an attestation to the fact of vaccination against or recovery from Covid-19.
