We will entrust you to :

• Monitor stock level of airBaltic and Servicer owned components, follow up on scheduled and unscheduled component removals and initiate stock replenishment ;
• Monitor Modification Level of components received from the Servicer’s pool to match pre-defined fleet modification standard, participate in the Parts Incoming Inspection ;
• Coordinate Modification Approval process for new modifications ;
• Monitor and coordinate airBaltic owned components rotation via Servicer’s pool of spare parts ;
• Maintain records in Components Database ;
• Ensure proper coordination between departments to ensure timely core component return to the Servicer’s pool to meet the Core Unit Return Time (CURT) target ;
• Monitor Servicer’s Service Level performance ;
• Generate reports and prepare presentations on KPIs, initiate process changes to meet the established KPI targets.

What You will need to succeed :

• University degree with Technical background ;
• Experience in spare parts repair / exchange / control processes ;
• Fluency in English and Latvian languages, knowledge of Russian language will be considered as an advantage ;
• Ability to work in team and individually ;
• High level of self-motivation and initiative for personal development ;
• Computer skills (MS Office and data bases) ;
• Effective EU-recognized digital Covid-19 certificate as an attestation to the fact of vaccination against or recovery from Covid-19.
