If you are passionate about travelling and you have great leadership and problem solving skills then We are looking for you as a Travel document competence unit Team Leader who will manage and lead a team that supports airBaltic clients travel documents, restrictions. This position will require a flexible schedule and someone who is striving to provide consistently high-quality services to all airBaltic passengers.
We will entrust you to :
- Answer customer inquiries about Travel document restrictions and special transporting requests on airBaltic flights ;
- Advise international travel information to travelers, such as passport, visa, and vaccination requirements, customs regulations ;
- Handle and process incoming requests following all Ground Handling manuals and internal procedures ;
- Support Travel agencies and Partner airlines with relevant travel information ;
- Support Call Center in operational duties ;
- Process daily reports.
What You will need to succeed :
- Fluent in Latvian, English and Russian language knowledge ;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ;
- Customer service oriented ;
- Good communication skills (both verbal and in writing) ;
- Ability to work under pressure and be a team player ;
- High sense of responsibility and problem solving skills ;
- Computer literacy ;
- Preferably previous experience with Amadeus reservation ticketing systems ;
- Pervious job related to travel document control.
