We will entrust you to :

• Customer service in the direct sales office (Riga International Airport public and Transit areas) ;
• Book and sell airBaltic traffic documents, process reservations following airBaltic rules and procedures ;
• Sell airBaltic ancillary products and services ;
• Handle irregularity situations (e.g. flight delays / cancelations) ;
• Follow daily sales report.

What You will need to succeed :

• Fluent in Latvian and English languages, knowledge of Russian language will be considered as an advantage ;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ;
• Customer service oriented/excellent sales skills ;
• Positive, accurate, team player and result-oriented ;
• Ability to work under pressure ;
• High sense of responsibility and problem solving skills ;
• Computer literacy ;
• Previous work experience in an airline or travel agency will be considered as an advantage ;
• Effective EU-recognized digital Covid-19 certificate as an attestation to the fact of vaccination against or recovery from Covid-19.
