We will entrust you to :
- Find necessary airBaltic aircraft’s spare parts and materials by looking for the best commercial proposal ;
- Ensure that all material purchases requested within the Technical Department are performed on time and following the existing request ;
- Ensure components’ flow, which will minimize aircraft downtime ;
- Do market research and tender arrangements to ensure best commercial conditions for all purchases ;
- Ensure that all materials purchased for the maintenance of the aircraft comply with current aviation regulations ;
- Arrange ordered material delivery to the main base in Riga or outstations ;
- Control of purchase and shipping costs to minimize company expenses.
What You will need to succeed :
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management ;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills ;
- Team player with a high sense of responsibility ;
- Ability to cope with change and uncertainty in a dynamic work environment ;
- Excellent PC skills ;
- Positive attitude ;
- Permit to work in EU ;
- Experience in supply chain or purchasing would be considered as an advantage ;
- Fluent in English and Latvian language.
