We will entrust you to :

• Answer customer inquiries about Travel document restrictions and special transporting requests on airBaltic flights ;
• Advise international travel information to travelers, such as passport, visa, and vaccination requirements, customs regulations ;
• Handle and process incoming requests following all Ground Handling manuals and internal procedures ;
• Support Travel agencies and Partner airlines with relevant travel information ;
• Support Call Center in operational duties ;
• Process daily reports.

What You will need to succeed :

• Fluent in Latvian and English languages, knowledge of Russian language will be considered as an advantage ;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ;
• Customer service oriented  ;
• Good communication skills (both verbal and in writing) ;
• Ability to work under pressure and be a team player ;
• High sense of responsibility and problem solving skills ;
• Computer literacy ;
• Preferably previous experience with Amadeus reservation ticketing systems ;
• Pervious job related to travel document control.
