We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Assorted Items ( Meteorological Instruments and Electronic Mobile Phones ) detailed   as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ.  When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2. UNDP General Terms & Conditions are at Annex 3.

Quotations may be submitted on or before 12:00 PM Liberia local time on Thursday  18th  July 2019 and via:

E-mail: bids.lr@undp.org and subject  RFQ/UNDP/NAPS/Assorted Materials/ 2019/028

or through the Registry, PAP Building,  1st Street Sinkor , UNDP , 7th Floor

And marked:  Attn; UNDP PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

Quotations submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 2MB, virus-free and no more than 3 E-mail transmissions.  They must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected.

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline Thursday  18th  July 2019 Quotations that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.  If you are submitting your quotation by e-mail, kindly ensure that they are signed and in the pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files.
