- The African Development Bank hereby invites Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in the following Assignment : PRIVATE SECTOR SPECIALIST & PORTFOLIO MONITORING CONSULTANT ;
- The main objective of the assignment to assist the Egypt Country Office in in scoping, coordination and delivery of activities and initiatives, e.g., AIF, aimed at developing transactions for potential Bank financing. In this context, the Consultant will provide a diverse and wide array of technical support including high-level dialogue with key stakeholders and international Financiers ;
- The consultant will lead and provide a support in all aspect of pipeline development, project origination and portfolio monitoring both in Egypt & the continent. He/she will : Provide technical expertise and advisory services in the implementation and monitoring of the projects, lead project restructuring activities as well as waivers, (ii) coordinate the preparation of the periodic corporate portfolio review reports, (iii) monitor the impact of the operating environment on projects under implementation and alert on the potential risk that might arise (iv) monitor the adequacy of the level of provisions for the non-sovereign portfolio and recommending its adjustment as necessary (v) lead analytical work on portfolio trends, drivers of investment returns and draws lessons from the portfolio analysis ;
- The ADB Egypt Country Office invites Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the above-described services. Interested Consultants shall provide information on their qualifications and experience demonstrating their ability to undertake this Assignment (documents, reference to similar services, experience in similar assignments, etc.) ;
- The eligibility criteria, the establishment of a short list and the selection procedure shall be in conformity with the Bank’s Procurement Policy for Recruitment of Corporate Please, note that interest expressed by a Consultant does not imply any obligation on the part of the Bank to include him/her in the shortlist ;
- The estimated duration of services is 12 months, starting from the date of the signature of the contract ;

- Expressions of interest must be received at the address below no later than October 5th 202015:00 GMT (and specifically mentioning : PRIVATE SECTOR SPECIALIST & PORTFOLIO MONITORING CONSULTANT.

ESTABLISHMENT OF THE SHORT LIST :
- A shortlist of three to six individual consultants will be established at the end the request of expressions of interest. The resumes of the consultants on the shortlist will be evaluated on the following criteria :
