The bids should be received through E-tendering system no later than the date indicated in the e tendering system. Any extensions or other amendments to the solicitation documents will be posted in the e-Tendering system. Bidders are encouraged to click on “Accept invitation” button in order to express their interest to bid and receive automatic notifications if any amendments that might occur.
A Pre-bid meeting and introduction to UNDP e-Tendering online system will be conducted on Thursday 4th July, 2019 12:30pm at UNDP Main Conference Room, UN House, NO. 7 Ring Road East, P.O. Box GP 1423, Accra-Ghana. All bidders are encouraged to participate.

Bidders are required to conduct the physical site visit as this is mandatory for complete understanding of Scope of Work prior to sending the formal bid to UNDP. The site visit will be conducted as per below schedule:
