SELECTION OF THE VENDOR :

The final selection of the supplier will be based on the following criteria :

  1. Adherence to specifications ;
  2. Price/cost ;
  3. Guarantee / After-sales service ;
  4. Delivery time/availability.

If your company is available and able to meet these needs, please send your proposal to Chadprocurement@fhi360.org or submit to FHI 360 Chad by September 06, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. Proposals received after this date and time will be considered ineligible. FHI 360 will acknowledge receipt of your proposal by email return.

 

 

WARRANTY REQUEST :

Any information provided in connection with this application will be valid for sixty (60) days from the date of submission. This includes, but is not limited to, costs, prices, terms and conditions, service levels and other information. If the contract is awarded to your company, any information contained in the application and the negotiation process becomes contractually binding.

 

 

SELECTION/REJECTION RIGHT :

This tender is only a definition of need. This is a simple invitation to submit proposals and does not legally require FHI 360 to accept all or part of the proposals submitted, nor to select the cheapest proposal. FHI 360 reserves the right to select and negotiate with the companies it judges, has its sole discretion, to be qualified for competitive bids and to terminate negotiations without incurring/incurring any obligation. FHI 360 has no contractual obligation with the companies on the basis of the issuance of this request for proposal. This is not a contract offer. Only the execution of a written contract commits FHI 360 in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this contract.

 

 

RESERVED RIGHTS :

Any response to this request becomes the property of FHI 360, which, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to :

  1. Disqualify any proposal on the basis of the offer or failure to follow the solicitation instructions ;
  2. Extend the submission time of all responses to the request after notification to all bidders ;
  3. Cancel or modify the application process at any time and resume it ;
  4. Issue several grants on the basis of solicitation activities ;
  5. FHI 360 will not compensate suppliers for preparing their responses to this request ;
  6. FHI 360 should not be required to order a minimum or maximum amount of services or products and does not make any financial or other commitments.

 

RIGHT TO SELECTION/REJECTION :

FHI 360 reserves the right to select and negotiate with the companies it considers, at its sole discretion, to be qualified for competitive listings and to terminate negotiations without incurring/incurring any obligation.
