Further to the Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) of tender for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Calibration, Commissioning and Training on the Use and Maintenance of training equipment which appeared in the East African Standard newspaper, the Ministry of Education (Kenya) and the African Development Bank websites and the UNDB online on 5 July 2022, prospective bidders are advised as follows :
- That the closing/opening date has been shifted from Tuesday, 16 August 2022 to Tuesday 6 September 2022 at 10.00 Hours EAT to give ample time to review of bids in line with the clarifications made to questions raised by prospective bidders ;
- That the list of clarifications (Annex 1 – clarifications) to bidders may be obtained from the Project Office on the following address :

- That this notice (ADDENDUM NUMBER 1) and Annex 1 – clarifications to bidders should be submitted together with the bidding documents ;
- That item in paragraph 3 above will be taken into account in the evaluation and selection of the successful bidders ;
- That all the other conditions and ITB shall remain as in the tender documents and initial SPN ;
- That all subsequent addendums shall be published on the Ministry of Education website education.go.ke
