Context :

  1. This Invitation for Bids (IFB) follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project that appeared in United Nations Development Business online (UNDB online) No AfDB441-05/16 of 11th May 2016, and on the African Development Bank’s Internet Website (www.afdb.org).
  2. The Government of Mozambique has received financing from the African Development Bank (AfDB) in various currencies towards the cost of the Enabling Large Scale Gas and Power Investments in Mozambique Technical Assistance (ESLGAPI). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Supply of ICT & Office Equipment for Ministry of Mineral Resources and Energy & Ministry of Economy and Finance.
  3. MIREME now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply of ICT & Office Equipment for MIREME & MEF. A National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Bank’s Rules and Procedures for Procurement of Goods and Works.

  1. Bids shall remain valid for 90 days after the deadline for bid submission prescribed above.
