LENDERS’ FINANCIAL MODEL, TAX, AND DEVELOPMENT COST AUDITOR FOR THE TULU MOYE GEOTHERMAL PROJECT IN ETHIOPIA

ENERGY FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS (PESR.2)
- The African Development Bank hereby invites Consulting Firms to indicate their interest in the following Assignment : Tulu Moye Geothermal Project in Ethiopia – Lenders’ Financial Model, Tax and Development Cost Auditor;
- The assignment consists of conducting financial model, tax, and development costs audit for the lenders’ due diligence process for the 50MW phase 1 of the Tulu Moye Geothermal Project in Ethiopia ;
- The Energy Financial Solutions Division invites Consulting Firms to indicate their interest in providing the above-described services. Interested eligible Consulting Firms or associations of Consulting Firms shall provide information on their qualifications and experience demonstrating their ability to provide the services ;
- Please, note that interest expressed by a Consulting Firm does not imply any obligation on the part of the Bank to include it in the shortlist ;
- The above-mentioned services are expected to start on May 2022 ;
- Interested Firms may obtain further information at the addresses below during the Bank’s working hours: from 09:00 to 17:00 hours (Abidjan time) ;
- Expressions of interest must be received at the email addresses below no later than Friday, 25th March 2022 at 17h00 GMT and specifically mention Tulu Moye Geothermal – Lenders’ Financial Model, Tax and Development Cost Auditor.
