REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

(CONSULTING SERVICES- FIRM SELECTION)

Background :

The Ministry of International Cooperation (MoIC) has received financing from the MENA Transition Fund (MENA TF) through the African Development Bank towards the cost of the Strengthening the Rule Of Law: Enhancing Effective and transparent Delivery of Justice and Rule-making (COC Project, The Court of Cassation intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the contract for hiring a consultancy firm to carry out : Electronic and Physical filing of court cases and establishment of database.

The Egyptian Court of Cassation looking for qualified service providers, who provide an end to end managed document services in Egypt, to establish a full document conversion service process contract document imaging, indexing, digital document conversion services and record management services. An Archives and Record Storage must have working environments that are safe, secure, healthy, comfortable, durable, aesthetically pleasing, and be accessible. Administrative office space, archival, preservation office and permanent storage spaces for the stored archival and record materials must be accommodating.

The Egyptian Court of Cassation invites eligible firms’ consultant to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultant’s firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services and provide their (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.).

Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s “Rules and Procedures for the use of Consultants firms May 2008 Edition-Revised July 2012”, which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org. Interested consultant firms can access the full text of ToR through http://www.CoC.eg or requested through email below.

Expressions of interest including the above mentioned, previous experience and Key Experts must be delivered in hard copy to the address below or by email before 7th December 2020 at 12 noon stating : Electronic and Physical filing of court cases and establishment of database.
