The Government of Uganda has received financing from the African Development Fund (ADF) towards the cost of the Strategic Towns Water Supply and Sanitation Project (STWSSP). It is intended that part of the agreed amounts of these funds will be used for payments under a contract for consultancy services for production of the Water and Sanitation Atlas covering the districts under the 10 towns covered under the STWSSP project thus Kyenjojo, Katooke, Nakasongola, Kayunga, Busana, Kamuli, Kapchworwa, Dokolo, Bundibugyo and Buikwe indicated in the table below :

| Ø Mobilize and sensitize key stakeholders in the Ministry of Water and Environment (MWE), NGOs and local governments. | |||
Provide training of Ministry MIS staff involved in data management and database management and any other technical support.
Duration of the Assignment: 12 months.
The Ministry of Water and Environment now invites consultants (firms) to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. Consultants may constitute joint ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.
Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations Approved in October 2015, and available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org.
