The second assignment aims to prepare the operational foundations for a future multi-centre pilot of digital vocational training in Algeria. It includes the development of hybrid transversal skills modules, preparation of learning resources, LMS model spaces, trainer-training arrangements, monitoring and quality assurance tools, cost assumptions, and a roadmap for gradual scale-up.
