IFB Title: SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN EAST AFRICAN PAYMENT SYSTEM (EAPS) HELPDESK SYSTEM
- This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project that appeared in UNDB on-line No. AfDB206-03/14 of 21st March, 2014, and on the African Development Bank’s Internet Website (www.afdb.org) and on the East African Community (EAC) website (www.eac.int).
- The East African Community (EAC) has received a Grant from the African Development Fund (ADF) administered by the African Development Bank Group toward the cost of the EAC Payment and Settlement Systems Integration Project (EAC-PSSIP). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this Grant will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for this IFB No.: EAC/PSSIP/ICB/2023/14
- The EAC Secretariat now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders dully authorized by the Manufacturers for the Supply, Installation and Implementation of an East African Payment System (EAPS) Helpdesk System, including the information technologies, equipment/software and related services (e.g., purchasing, installation, integration, training, technical support).
- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from at the office the EAC-PSSIP Project, AICC Kilimanjaro Wing, 5th Floor Room 510, Arusha – Tanzania, or PSSIP-Procurement@eachq.org and copy to Panjimbi@eachq.org from 8:00am – 5:00pm office hours Arusha local time.
- The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank (AfDB) Standard Bidding Document: Procurement of Goods.
- The Bid must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration, using the form included in the bidding document . The Bid Security to accompany the bid shall be US$ 5,000.00
- Bids must be delivered to the below address on or before 1000 hrs on Thursday 11th January, 2024 and must be accompanied by a security of 5,000 USD. Secretary General
