The role:

As MER and Accountability Specialist, you will be responsible for designing the M&E strategy and overseeing all M&E activities of the response programme covering interventions on CPiE, EIE and YEE both at camps and host community. The specialist will support programme teams in capturing and analysing data to help strengthen Plan Internationals programmes. Also, you will be responsible and accountable for developing, coordinating and managing all program accountability and learning systems for Plan International Bangladesh Programme in Cox’s Bazar.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a ‘to go’ and a passionate team member who has knowledge on participatory M&E tools and systems as well as developing and updating Theory of Change (TOC), result framework, log frame etc., at programme level.  A Postgraduate degree holder with 3-5 years of in the similar role, preferably in development field with knowledge of theories of child-rights programming and child protection (programmatic and safe-guarding) as well as understanding of integrated development issues and critical analysis of child poverty.
