The Role :
To ensure we achieve our ambition, we need the right person to help drive our transformation journey. We are looking for a Manager, Business Transformation that can bring energy, charisma and leadership, working closely with our Executive team and our extended senior leadership cohort to drive our program with us.
In this role, you will lead a small team of highly motivated experts, working in close partnership with the business, the strategy team and your finance colleagues.
Please note that this role is initially offered on a 12-month, fixed-term basis.
What you’ll be doing :
- Maintaining a maniacal focus on realising value and delivering transformation potential ;
- Working swiftly across the organisation, constantly identifying initiatives, feeding these into the transformation program and overseeing timely delivery and value realisation ;
- Providing data-driven insight into the performance of the project portfolio for the senior leadership cohort, inclusive of clear and concise ‘calls to action’ as necessary ;
- Providing unwavering leadership of the ‘results rhythm’ way of working, that is critical to the success of the program ;
- Driving the highest standard of data accuracy across the project portfolio to enable meaningful analysis and timely action ;
- Focussing on the determination of value attributed to transformation initiatives ;
- Identifying the need for, and taking action to engage with and coach business leaders.

- Flair and capability to analyse financial data and make substantive recommendations ;
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to communicate at all levels ;
- Knowledge of aviation economics and key success drivers (advantageous) ;
- Solid understanding of the competitive aviation landscape (advantageous).
