• Create monthly flight combinations using Jeppesen optimizers
• Analyze optimized flight combinations and crew rosters to improve operational stability, efficiency and reduce fatigue
• Support analysis for future business cases and planning process changes
• Communicate with crew planning to implement suggested improvements
• Communicate with IT department to support optimizer development

What you will need to succeed

• University degree or last year’s student in mathematics/IT/Operations Research or equivalent
• Strong analytical, problem solving and business judgment skills
• Demonstrated skills in data analysis & data quality assurance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Able to cope with change and uncertainty in a dynamic work environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated with attention to detail
• Fluent in English and Latvian
