Systems Analyst (Loyalty &Mailing)

We will entrust you to
- Work with respective business segments to gather and analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Plan and carry out system testing
- Update documentation and implement change control processes
- Configure and adjust IT systems to align with business processes and requirements, ensuring optimal performance and functionality
- Oversee IT services related to loyalty programs and mailing systems
- Partner closely with software developers to ensure user expectations and timelines are met
- Maintain open and effective communication with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors
What you will need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 1 year work experience in a systems analyst role
- Strong analytical, problem solving and business judgmental skills
- Knowledge of SQL, understanding of web services, and APIs
- Understanding of marketing tools and processes will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Solid English skills, both written and spoken
