Enko Education, a thriving network of African international schools, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the creation of its new website on a fixed-term contract. If you are a seasoned web project management professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating the progression of each project phase, from goal definition to implementation.
- Drafting requirements for the ToR (technical and functional) and producing various documents such as meeting materials, reports, and decision summaries.
- Collaborating with teams to define the project’s terms of reference based on three key criteria: final product quality, budget, and deadlines.
- Drafting functional and technical specifications.
- Establishing and adhering to schedules to monitor the project, including deadlines and deliverables.
- Coordinating the project with internal and external stakeholders, including writers, web designers, and developers, ensuring regular tracking of each stage from conception to deployment.
- Evaluating the quality of delivered outcomes.
Your Profile:
- Excellent project management and monitoring skills, translating operational needs effectively (PMP, Agile, Scrum certifications appreciated).
- Analytical and synthetic thinking, contributing ideas for project evolution.
- Autonomous, responsive, and rigorous, demonstrating excellent organisational abilities..
- Successful experience in web/digital project management and website redesign.
- Proven expertise in project management and the application of project methodologies.
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Strong technical knowledge, especially in CMS, HTML, CSS.
- A basic understanding of UX/UI principles (design principles, User Centricity, User Test, Mobile Responsiveness) is highly valued.
