We will entrust you to :

• Participate in new solutions requirement definition, requirements analysis, development, and testing ;
• Create user instructions, training materials, personnel training ;
• Assist in Technical Department procedures adoption to digital solutions ;
• Assist Technical Department employees in digital integration aspects ;
• Assist in creation and progress monitoring of helpdesk/JIRA tickets, tickets of MRO/M&E IT system provider ;
• Be responsible for data entry, migration, cleansing, processing ;
• Cooperate close with all Technical Department divisions and System Analysts, IT User Support, and System Administrators.

What You will need to succeed :

• University degree in IT, Aircraft Maintenance or Aviation ;
• Successful experience in IT system testing or IT products and projects development ;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business judgmental skills ;
• High sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, and communication skills ;
• Good English language knowledge ;
• Good computer knowledge skills ;
• Practical skills in aircraft maintenance, planning, or engineering will be considered as an advantage ;
• Practical skills in IT, programming, and system analytics will be considered as an advantage.
