REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
(CONSULTING SERVICES)
Supervision of Road Construction in Cabinda
(21CQCBS02- Supervision of Roads Rehabilitation Works Contracts in Cacongo, Buco Zau and Belize)
- The Government of Angola has received Financing from the African Development Bank towards the cost of the Cabinda Province Agriculture Value Chains Development Project and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this loan to payments under the contract for Supervision of Roads Rehabilitation Works Contracts in Cacongo, Buco Zau and Belize ;
- The Consultant services to be carried out under this assignment includes the Supervision of construction of 64,1 km of rural roads as outlined in table below :

- The duration of the assignment is expected to be 18 months of construction supervision period, followed by 12 months defects liability period (DLP) ;
- The Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries now invites eligible (Firms) consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification ;
- Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s Procurement Framework dated 2015, which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org. Please, note that submission of interest expressed by a consultant does not imply any obligation on the part of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries to include him/her in the final shortlist ;
- Interested Consultants may obtain further information and detailed Terms of Reference at the address below during office hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00AM – 3:00PM ;
