- The Government of Angola has received financing from the African Development Bank hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the Cabinda Province Agriculture Value Chains Development Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply of 100,000 Palm Seedlings for Cash Crops ;
- The Agrarian Development Institute / Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply of 100,000 Palm Seedlings for Cash Crops to the Cabinda Province Agriculture Value Chains Development Project in Cabinda Province ;
- Bidding will be conducted through the Nacional Competitive Bidding (Nacional), method as specified in the Procurement Framework for Bank Group Funded Operations, dated 2015 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework ;
- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from José Fernandes, e-mail : geral@piucabinda.com and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09:00 to 15:30 at the address given below ;
- The bidding document in English may be obtained free of charge by interested eligible Bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below ;
- Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 am on January 11, 2021. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 10:15 am on January 11, 2021 ;
- All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration ;
