INDIVIDUAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE PREPATION OF PROJECT
COMPLETION REPORT
The African Development Bank, Water Security and Sanitation Division 3 (AHWS.3) in collaboration with the Regional Development Integration and Business Delivery Department, West Africa (RDGW.2) hereby invites qualified Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in the following Assignment : Preparation of Project Completion Report for Sierra Leone Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project.
The objective of the assignment is to prepare the Project Completion Report (PCR) for the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project in accordance with the Bank’s standard PCR format, including preparation of all documentation that support the analysis and findings included in the PCR report.
The consultant’s key qualifications and experience include but is not limited to: A Minimum masters’ degree in water and waste engineering or closely related field; At least ten years’ general experience as a water sector professional; Verifiable track record of project design and management; At least five years’ working experience with multilateral development institutions, including at least two assignments of similar nature (i.e. PCR preparation); Proficiency in the design of rural water supply and sanitation solutions. Knowledge of innovative community-based sanitation and hygiene approaches. Experience of private sector participation in provision of rural water and sanitation services
Interested eligible Individual Consultants shall provide information on their qualifications and experience demonstrating their ability to undertake this assignment (documentation, references for similar services, experience in similar assignments, etc. using the CV format presented in Appendix 1.
Place of assignment : Sierra Leone
Duration of the assignment : 25 working days over a period of 50 calendar days.
Tentative Date of commencement : 3rd December 2021
