Malaria Consortium is recruiting for a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager to join our team in Ondo State.
The M&E Manager will lead the project’s M&E activities and collection, validation, processing, storage and reporting of research data related to all project components. The role also involves designing data collection and processing tools and the project’s information system in close collaboration with relevant Malaria Consortium project team members and consultants.
The successful candidate will have :
- A post-graduate degree in medical statistics, epidemiology or Public-Health (with focus on epidemiology and biostatistics) ;
- Substantial experience in M&E management role ;
- Previous experience in the Public health sector, especially in malaria research and control related projects ;
- Significant experience in survey design and implementation ;
- Proficiency in the development of databases ;
- Proficiency in management of M&E of research projects ;
- Strong analytical skills, including collecting and analysing data or information and solving problems ;
- Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to make complex information understandable to diverse audiences ;
- Hands-on knowledge and skills in database management systems, especially systems based on the Open Data Kit.
