Malaria Consortium is recruiting for a Senior HR Officer Consultancy Management to join our team in Abuja Country office of the organization.
The Senior Human Resources Officer will provide administrative and technical support to the HR Manager in relation to all consultancy engagements within the Nigerian Country programmes. This will include ensuring consistency of the approach to processes and policies.
The successful candidate will have :
- Certificate in Human Resource Management, Business Adminsitration or related discipline ;
- Minimum of 3-years experience in a simlar role ;
- Prior experience in a related role ;
- Experience managing consultants/vendors ;
- Experience in record keeping and management ;
- Knowledge of Nigeria employment laws.
