Position : Sales supervisor

Job description :

• Supervise VA’s work and help them to grow up (training) ;
• Make sales and promotion plan and supervise the execution ;
• Supervise all activities inside the department and make report to line manager ;
• Give support to Line Manger about the decisions making ;
• Think about new strategies and make proposal to Line manager ;
• Supervise Materials distribution.

Requirement :

• At least Bac+2 in commerce, Marketing, business administration or any other relevant field ;
• Previous working experience in the Sales ;
• Very good communication skills in English (both in speaking and writing) ;
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office ;
• Capable to work under pressure ;
• Good team spirit.
