PROCUREMENT OF GOODS
SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF FACTORY EQUIPMENT FOR FIVE (5) COMMON USER FACILITIES (CUFs) AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS
- This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared on 15th March, 2013 on-line on the African Development Bank Group’s Internet Website.
Government of the Republic of Ghana has received a Loan / Grant from the African Development Bank (AfDB) in various currencies towards the cost of the Rural Enterprises Programme (REP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract for the Procurement for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Factory Equipment for five (5) Common User Facilities (CUFs) at different locations ;
- The Programme Coordination and Management Unit (PCMU) now invites sealed bids from Eligible bidders for the supply of the following items :

- Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) as defined in the African Development Bank January 2010 Standard Bidding Document for Procurement of Goods Guidelines ;
- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 30 hrs. GMT to 16.30 hrs. GMT (Mondays – Fridays) :

- A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One hundred US Dollars or five hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC500.00).
- Bidders may bid for more than one Lot but must quote for the required quantities. Partial bids will be rejected ;
- Bids must be delivered to the address above on or before 00 hrs. GMT on 28th November, 2019. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of the amount specified above. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 10.00 hrs. GMT on 28th November, 2019 at the Conference Room of the Rural Enterprises Programme, PCMU, Kumasi.
