UNDP Rwanda is looking to recruit a National Individual Consultant to develop the National Youth Council 5-year Strategic Plan 2020-2024. The principle objective of this consultancy is to manage the process of formulating a clear and well organized 5-year strategic plan with clear guidelines for achieving NYC strategic goals in both short and long-term planning.
